The State Contracting Manual requires that the Commission perform solicitation to a minimum of three vendors from any list or schedule.

The Commission does encourage bids from certified small business / disabled veteran business enterprises. Bidders must have Registration Forms on file prior to submitting a bid. These forms can be found on the Department of General Services website. The Small Business Advocates at Department of General Services can assist those who have questions. The Commission cannot provide advice to small business / disabled veteran business enterprises.
