(Govt. Code § 11126(e)(2)(C).)

The Commission welcomes and encourages participation in its meetings. For each agenda item, the Commission will invite public comment; comments will be limited to not more than three minutes per person, or more time at the discretion of the Chair.  Meeting materials will be made available on the Commission’s website prior to the meeting. Hard copies will also be available at the in-person meeting location.
